Please get in touch to arrange a free initial chat or an initial session. Initial sessions last 50 minutes. During this time we will explore together what brings you to therapy and help you set aside any worries you have about starting therapy.

It is important to choose a counsellor with whom you feel comfortable. Therefore, there is no obligation to continue after the first session and I will always help to refer you onto another counsellor if we think we are not the right fit for each other. That said, most of my clients choose to continue, as they feel secure and relaxed with me.
