Counselling
MBACP (Accred)
I am an accredited counsellor and psychotherapist working with individuals and couples in person in Radlett, Borehamwood and online. I give space to explore thoughts, feelings, and behaviours so that clients can develop a better understanding of themselves and others.
How can I help?
Individual counselling
If you are experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, unresolved trauma, addiction, bereavement or loss I can help you unravel your feelings and together we can find a way for you to move forwards. I welcome and work with LGBTQ+ clients , neurodivergent clients and support clients who are exploring their sexual orientation or identity, clients with relationship issues, work-related issues and clients who have experienced emotional and physical abuse.
Couples and relationship counselling
Every relationship experiences challenges at times. Whether you and your partner are feeling disconnected, caught in recurring patterns of conflict, struggling to rebuild trust, or facing a significant life change, couples counselling offers a confidential space to slow down, understand one another more deeply and find new ways of relating. I help couples to navigate issues including infidelity, frequent arguing, separation. and divorce or navigate life-changing events such as marriage and parenthood.
I am an experienced psychoanalyst offering individual counselling and couples and relationship counselling. I enjoy building up trusting relationships with my clients helping them to move forwards with their lives.
I will start by listening to you tell me whatever is going on for you. I will make sure that you feel at ease and relaxed whether we are meeting face to face or online. Weekly sessions last 50 minutes.
